3. Coaching Services
Individuals who engage River Ternary for coaching services may be required to enter into a separate Coaching Agreement. That agreement governs the terms and conditions of the coaching relationship, including scheduling, payment, cancellations, rescheduling, confidentiality, and other policies specific to coaching services.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed Coaching Agreement, the Coaching Agreement shall govern with respect to the coaching services provided.
4. Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products (including guides, eBooks, worksheets, or programs):
- Are for personal use only
- May not be shared, resold, copied, or redistributed
- Are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Including future online courses and educational modules
River Ternary grants purchasers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased digital products for their personal use. Access may be revoked if misuse is detected.
5. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Recommendations
River Ternary may participate in affiliate programs and earn commissions from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.
