Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing River Ternary.

Because many of our offerings include digital products, educational resources, and coaching services, all purchases are considered final unless otherwise stated below.


Payment for coaching programs, discovery calls, and one-on-one coaching sessions is non-refundable once services have begun.

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please refer to your Coaching Agreement or contact us as soon as possible.


Due to the immediate delivery of digital products—including guides, eBooks, downloads, templates, and other digital resources—all digital purchases are non-refundable.


If you believe you made a purchase in error, please contact us at hello@riverternary.com within 48 hours of your purchase.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Date of purchase
  • Order number (if available)
  • Description of the purchase

We will review each request individually and, at our sole discretion, may issue a refund if the purchase was made accidentally and the product or service has not been accessed or substantially used.


Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to read product or program descriptions before purchasing
  • Lack of use of purchased coaching sessions or digital products
  • Missed coaching appointments without proper notice (see your Coaching Agreement)
