Personalized 1:1 sessions to help you optimize your health, energy, and daily habits.
12 Sessions Total:
x1 60-minute Foundational Session
x11 30-minute follow-up sessions
Sessions can be paced weekly or bi-weekly based on your schedule. Optional additional sessions are available via Wellness Intensives.
Together, we’ll:
- Assess your current wellness and lifestyle
- Set achievable goals for nutrition, sleep, movement, and/or mindfulness
- Build sustainable habits that align with your whole-life wellness
Foundational 60-Minute Session
Every program starts with a foundational 60-minute session to set you up for success:
- Intake & Assessment – Review your current health, lifestyle, and environment
- Vision, Goals & Commitment – Clarify your priorities and create a road map for your journey
Follow-Up Sessions (30 minutes each)
Subsequent sessions focus on progress, adjustments, and accountability.
Session Delivery Options
- Offered virtually
- In-home person available exclusively within NYC
Payment & Policies
- Package pricing reflects introductory rates while board certification is in progress
- Payment may be made in full or via an agreed-upon installment plan
- Client agreement will be provided after the initial session, once details are finalized
- Coaching is not a substitute for medical care; collaboration with healthcare professionals may be recommended when appropriate
About These Rates
These rates are intentionally set below standard NYC market pricing as I complete the final stage toward becoming a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Rates will be updated following board certification.
